Course
THIS IS AN OPEN ROAD COURSE.
The Annapolis Striders Metric Marathon is a 26K (16.3 mile) loop course on paved roads through gently rolling hills in the Harwood area of Anne Arundel County. Significant hills occur between miles 12 and 14.
Time Limit
Runners should be able to maintain a minimum 14 min/mile pace or faster.
Aid Stations
There will be water and Gatorade on the course with 5 water stops at approximately 3 mile intervals. Late finishers should bring additional water.
Race Rules
Per insurance requirements headphones, wheels, and pets are NOT allowed on the course.
THIS IS AN OPEN ROAD COURSE.
Please follow the directions of Police and course officials, run within the coned sections on some portions of the course and always run facing traffic. Contact the race director regarding any timing discrepancies as soon as possible.
