All Annapolis Striders events and races are organized and staffed by volunteers!
All Annapolis Striders members are encouraged to do their part and volunteer.  Encourage your family members to also volunteer!

Even though Endless Summer will be contact-free, we need a few volunteers to help assist with parking in the morning and traffic monitoring during the race.  We need 4 people at 6am until 9:30am, and 4 people at 9:30am until 1pm.

Email John to volunteer to help!

Rosaryville Veteran’s Day 50K
SATURDAY, November 14, 2020, 8:00 a.m.

at Rosaryville State Park

The race will close out at 200 participants

Register nowSee the Annapolis Striders website for more information and for mail-in registration.
The course is mostly in deep woods at Rosaryville State Park, though there is some running in meadows also. The trail is largely single track; not very technical. The Start (also the Finish) is at the Pavilion picnic area about three quarters of a mile from where the runners enter the single-track perimeter trail. Hot food after the race starting about 11:30. The race will end at 4:00pm.
The course has two aid stations about 4 1/2 miles apart. There will be a bag drop at the first aid station. We will transport bags from the Start to the bag drop site when the race begins and return them to the pavillion after the race–or you can pick up your bag as you leave the park.
To volunteer or for more information, contact Co-Race Director, Tom DeKornfeld or 410-562-4489
Volunteer validation available.

Young couple jogging in park at morning. Health and fitness.

Annapolis Striders membership is required to participate in these training programs. There is no fee for the training programs but you must register.

Additional information about training programs may be found on the Annapolis Striders website.

Are you running a marathon this fall?
Although we are not currently able to offer training, as the group of 100+ that would register far exceeds the allowable maximum, you should be out there running. It takes 18 weeks to properly train for a marathon and you need a base of 10 miles at the start.
