Welcome to the 10 Mile training program! We will be starting on July 11th at 7AM and repeating every Sunday until August 29th. The program starts at 6 miles and works up to 10 miles. On the 29th we will run the A10 course. This is not an official race just a practice run similar to how it has been done in the past, just no official race this year. Many use this train as their recovery run for Marathon training on Saturdays. Looking forward to seeing all you smiling faces in a few weeks. And after the training there will be watermelon.
