The Official Training Plan starts on 12-28 with a Saturday Long Run; but, a week before that on Saturday we’ll do a 6 miler to kick things off.
For those interested in the performance aspect of the program, we’ll develop a training plan that includes optional performance oriented workouts that include Tuesday Night Track Workouts and hill work with Bridge Club on Wednesday nights. Those workouts are held at Cedar Park and Glen Avenue on Tuesday nights at 6PM and Bridgework on Wednesday’s, well…they convene at Jonas Green Park.
