2019 Inaugural Extra Mile Winter Training
January 5, 2019 - March 30, 2019
Welcome to the inaugural Extra Mile Training Program! This program will meet up to five times a week; however you are free to complete the workouts independently as your schedule allows. You are also on the hook to provide your own nutrition and hydration. As this program targets more experienced runners, you probably already have a hydration and nutrition strategy that works for you. Group workouts will coincide with group workouts with the Tuesday Night Track Workout group and the Naptown Running Buddies runs. This program is for runners 18 and over. Please no minor children. The goal is to improve your Spring race at the 10 mile, half marathon or marathon distance with the RRCA Ten Mile Challenge and B&A Marathon specifically in mind, though not exclusively.
