The course is out-and-back mostly along the B&A Trail starting from Severna Park High School. Runners will depart the school and head east along Robinson Road to the B&A Trail. Runners will turn left to enter the B&A Trail, heading North. Runners will cross several intersecting public streets along the course. Runners will continue to the designated turn-around location just over the East-West Blvd. overpass bridge. Upon turn-around, follow the same route back to the race finish at the Severna Park High School.

We will run the same modified course as 2022 due to conflict with Naval Academy use of Greenbury Point. The course is a fast and flat scenic 2.4-mile loop, primarily on packed dirt paths around Greenbury Point Nature Reserve and Possum Point across the Severn River from the U.S. Naval Academy.
We still need some volunteers to help out on race day. On race morning we need some help unloading and setting up before the race. During the race we need monitors and water stop help. Contact Race director here

The Crofton Kiwanis Club and Foundation are planning their annual community 10K and 5K races for Saturday, June 10th. The certified 10K course includes a great tour around our tree-lined community with some challenging hills and is a great tune-up for fall marathon training or even first time 10K participants. The 5K course goes completely around Crofton Parkway. All profits from these races are put towards the many community charities that the club supports.
The first annual Run Up To Juneteenth 5K Run/1mi Walk was held in 2022 at the Baltimore Peninsula. We are Baltimore City’s official kickoff to the AFRAM Juneteenth celebration. Our 5K route begins in West Covington Park and spans the iconic Hanover Street Bridge, with a loop around Middle Branch Park that offers incredible views of the middle branch of the Patapsco River. As the first and only race route sanctioned to run across the Hanover Street Bridge connecting Baltimore Peninsula with the Cherry Hill neighborhood, the Run Up To Juneteenth is poised to become a Baltimore favorite.

Sunday, November 12, 2023-Run, walk or both across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
Don’t miss out on the chance to run or walk over the Chesapeake Bay. The beloved Maryland tradition returns with a 10-kilometer, 6.2-mile point-to-point course will take runners over the eastbound span of the 4.35-mile-long Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which reaches 186 feet at its tallest point. Participants will experience water vistas dotted with sailboats and cargo ships from atop a major dual-span bridge that doesn’t allow pedestrian traffic at any other time of the year. This event happens once a year and is the only way to cross this majestic span on foot.
