This race gives every runner the opportunity to test yourself on a beautiful, hilly course in the countryside south of Annapolis. Please take note of the cut-off time. On-course support will close after two and a half hours, so runners need to be capable of running 15-minute miles.

Transfers and Refunds
There are no transfers, refunds, or deferrals.
THIS IS AN OPEN ROAD COURSE.
Scenic rolling hills on the original Cherry Pit course. Keep to one side of the road, and do not run more than two abreast on Route 2. There will be course monitors at intersections.
Course support will be withdrawn after 2.5 hours. No early start will be offered.
Four Aid Stations with water and Gatorade.
Strollers, headphones or animals, with the exception of service dogs, are NOT allowed. This is to ensure the safety of all participants. Violators will be asked to vacate the course.

Workers runs are provided as a way for club members to both volunteer and maintain their Championship Series or club Ironman standing. Consult the Championship Series rules for details or the race director and Championship Series Coordinator with questions.
