Course
The Anniversary Run is a double loop course on paved trails within Quiet Waters Park. A few hills and a winding path through the woods make for an interesting morning. Registration, refreshments, and the finish are located in, or adjacent to, the Blue Heron Center, which is a right turn where the inbound road turns left. Parking is in the Blue Heron lot and larger lots nearby.
Time Limit
All participants must maintain at least a 15-minute per mile pace and complete the race by 12:30.
Aid Stations
There will be three aid stations featuring water and Gatorade.
Race Rules
No wheels, no strollers, no pets, no headsets during the race.

Volunteers are needed. Please contact the race directors to volunteer.
Workers Run
Workers runs are provided as a way for club members to both volunteer and maintain their Championship Series or club Ironman standing. Consult the Championship Series rules for details or the race director and Championship Series Coordinator with questions.
A Workers Run for this race will be held: Please contact the race director if you want to run the course on your own in order to get credit for the Champ Series.
