Parking

DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS ANYWHERE. YOU MUST PARK IN A PARKING LOT OR ON A PAVED ROADWAY SURFACE. Please abide by the parking volunteer directions.

Please join us for the Downs Park 5 Mile Run. The flat, scenic course winds through the woods with gorgeous views of the Chesapeake Bay.

Parking, registration, start, finish and refreshments are all located near the Fernwood Pavilion at the end of the park road. PARK IN DESIGNATED LOTS ONLY. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.

Water will be available at approximately mile 2.5 on the course.

Online registration through Active.com opens on August 2 and closes on October 26.

Online or mail in registration fee is $5.00 for Annapolis Striders and $10.00 for non members through October 26th.

After October 26th, only race day registration is available. $20.00 all runners. Exact change appreciated. Cash or checks accepted. Checks should be made payable to Annapolis Striders.

Course

The flat, scenic course winds through the woods with gorgeous views of the Chesapeake Bay. Portions of the paved path contain tree roots, potholes and other natural hazards. There are raised edges at either end of the wooden bridge. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Aid Stations

Water will be available at approximately mile 2.5 (halfway mark) on the course.

1st Masters Male and Female
Male and Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each 10 year age group
