Nominations are due by December 1st
The Awards Committee is collecting nominations for the annual awards and we want your input. If you know Annapolis Striders who have had a really good year and who ran at least five Annapolis Striders races (including non-Championship series races), please nominate them. 
PLEASE NOTE: Volunteering is a part of the awards requirement. If your nominee has not volunteered with the Annapolis Striders they are not eligible for an award.

Saturday, February 10th, 2019 
at Union Jack’s in Annapolis.

Registration for the Annapolis Striders 
2019 B&A Trail Marathon and Half Marathon 

The race will be held at Severna Park High School on 
Sunday,  March 31st, 2019.

The 2019 edition of the B & A Trail Marathon and Half Marathon will be at the new Severna Park High School for the third year, with a starting time of 07:30 AM. It is the 28th year of the marathon and 24th year of the half marathon. Come join us as we celebrate almost 30 years of running the marathon on this great rail to trail course.

Annapolis Striders membership required to participate in these training programs. There is no fee for the training programs but you must register.

As coaches provide information, check back here for current Annapolis Striders Training programs!

December 2, 2018 – February 9, 2019

Whether you are new to running or trying to return to running, this is a program for you. This class is intended for adults and families with children (age 10 and up) who are looking to “get off the couch-with no running experience at all” and do a 5K (3.1 miles) distance in a 10 weeks.
Participants should be capable of walking briskly for 20 minutes and should check with their health care professional prior to starting any fitness program.

Thursday, November 8th, the Marathoners, 10k, family and friends took the Boatyard Bar & Grill by storm with the FAMOUS MCM shirt and medals. Congratulations to all who stepped out of their comfort zone and pushed the envelope. Thank you to Leslie Sparks for capturing the evening with her fantastic photos and to the Annapolis Striders for ALL the great appetizers!
Thank you and shout out to everyone that came out to the Boatyard Bar & Grill!!
Huge thank you, Kevin Schendel, General Manager, for reserving our space and to his great staff for their amazing customer service. We were overwhelmed with our turn out; we had 65 people throughout the evening and his staff was game on all night long!!  It was a wonderful night for all involved. There were folks that had never been to the Boatyard Bar & Grill; they loved the atmosphere, food and beverages.

right-arrow-icon3.gif The Patrick Lee Memorial Holiday 5K Fun Run/Walk to benefit Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services will be held Saturday, November 24th, 2018.

The event will be starting in front of Robert A. Pascal Youth & Family Services at 570 H Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, moving onto the B & A Trail, and finishing up back in front of the office where Santa will be waiting for each runner/walker with hot chocolate, water and cookies!

Annapolis Striders members:

As a courtesy, members will  receive a reminder e-mail at the beginning of the month when their membership expires!
