Discussion Space on

The Annapolis Striders now have a Discussion Space on The Annapolis Striders Community. This space provides us a place to coordinate activities: weekly workouts, road trips to races out of the area; or the various Striders training programs.


One advantage of the Discussion space is that it doesn’t have to clobber your email inbox. Also, you can join discussions that are in progress or start your own (For example, Does anyone want to run the Charlie Horse Half Marathon on May 25th?). You can also search for answers to those never-ending running questions on diet, injuries, sports drinks, running shoes, trail runs, recovery runs, ultras, track workouts, tapering, cross training, treadmills, lifting weights, massage, yoga—you name it.  You can search existing comments by Striders, or open up your search to include all participants.


You don’t have to be a member of to read the posts, but you must join to contribute to one. Visit the Annapolis Striders Community today.
