The race which is the fifth leg of the 2014 Annapolis Striders Championship Series is also part of the 2014 Maryland RRCA Grand Prix Series.
The course features a variety of running surfaces. You'll run through sometimes sunny fields, along shaded trails in the woods, down and up hills, and at times on pavement in the heat and humidity that the area is famous for in August.
Here is the course map.
We are 99.99 percent sure that there won't be any snow or ice on the trail. But, we will have some cool treats again this year at the end of the race.
Headphones, pets, babyjoggers, etc. are not allowed during the race given the nature of the course, our concern for the safety of all participants, and our insurance requirements.
The College’s roads and parking lots are in use on the weekends and the College permits our usage of the Campus facilities with the understanding that we do not interfere with traffic and ongoing classes. We particularly request that the runners not use Lot C (next to mile 2 of the race) which is used for the motor cycle training classes.
