Walkers are welcome to participate in the Half Marathon only. They will start with the runners in front of the Severna Park High School. They should look for the Race Director at packet pickup and let him know that they are going to walk the half marathon course.
This race needs many volunteers for jobs that include packet pickup, food service, water stops, course monitoring, and finish lines. This is a great way for family members to see their favorite runners along the course, and to contribute to the success of the event. Please contact Susan Zevin via email email@example.com for information and to sign up as a volunteer.

The closest airport to the race in Severna Park is BWI (Baltimore Washington International). All major airlines, including Southwest, are there.

Other hotels close by include Loews Annapolis and Annapolis Holiday Inn. There are other hotels and B&B type accommodations which you can reach via Google under "Hotels Annapolis MD".
